Cameron is the chef behind all of the deliciousness at Mink. Born and raised in Michigan, the majority of Cameron’s experience comes from cutting his teeth at some of Detroit’s finest restaurants. After a brief stint in the world of Michelin stars, Cameron returned to Michigan to cook food rooted in place and season. He believes strongly that what grows together, goes together.
