Chef Eric Ward has served as Executive Chef for Joe Muer Seafood in Detroit since 2012. Joe Muer Seafood was selected as Hour Detroit’s 2012 Restaurant of the Year under Chef Ward’s direction. Previously, Chef Ward held the Corporate Chef position at Matt Prentice Restaurant Group, Executive Chef at Coach Insignia, NoVI Chophouse, Northern Lakes Seafood Co., and Shiraz, and Vice President of Culinary Endeavors Winter Park Co.
